Hello 7th Grade Families,
This year has certainly presented all of us with a lot of different challenges, for me it is getting started with on-line classes for students working at home. Last week each pod had one 15 minute practice class. It was great to see most of the students sign on and participate. Yesterday was Pod 1's practice with their first live class and it went ok. Keeping students attention while they are working from home is certainly the biggest challenge!
Due to this, I am posting online classroom expectations that I hope will help you and your child for future online class sessions. I am also including the schedule for when I expect students to log on from home. I completely understand that life happens, so in the event that your child can not attend an online class, please be sure either you or the student send me an email to let me know otherwise I will need to mark your child as absent for that day.
Thank you for your continued patience and support while we learn together how to navigate this new way of teaching and learning!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Cote
