Late Work & Reassessments
As of October 26, 2020, students will need to submit this form if they are want credit for late work or would like to redo an assignment/quiz.
It is entirely too overwhelming to keep track of every late submission in Google Classroom. On any given weekend, I can receive over 30 notifications just from late submissions or marking work as done. I have since turned off notifications and have requested students submit this form so that I may see all late work submissions in one place and can access the work easier and quicker. This will not only benefit myself, but the students as well.
Late work submission grading:
10 points for each day late will be subtracted from the final grade of the assignment.
A score of 50 will be given for work that has been submitted over 5 days late and a score of 0 will be given for work not turned in at all.
No late work will be accepted 1 week prior to grades closing. No late work will be accepted without this form.

As of 10/26/2020, I am asking students to fill out these slides daily and weekly.
On a daily basis, students will need to fill in the first slide with that day's assignments which they will receive in class and/or when they log in to the online class. The second slide they would complete the next day. (Students unable to attend online class will need to email me ASAP for their assignment. This should simulate what it would be like in pre-Covid times when students were absent from class.)
Weekly, students will fill in the third slide with their assignments and the grade I have given them for it. They will write "Incomplete" if it has not be turned in or completed, "Not graded" if I have not graded it yet, or a score of 99 will be given for a completion grade for work that is not necessarily assessed but needs to be completed for participation.
