Last week we looked at a slideshow that showed the Cascade Mountains in Washington. We compared a photo of the eastern side of the mountains to a photo of the western side of the mountains and saw that there were many differences, the most obvious was how the western side was very green and lush whereas the eastern side was very brown with very little plant life. We performed a little in-class skit to learn why there was such a huge difference between sides of the very same mountain range. Enjoy!
